He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Wise and Lois Glass Wise; and his brother Durward Wise. He is survived by: his wife Janice Perry Wise; his children, Ricky Wise (Darlene), Terry Wise, Marla Wise-Bull (Mike), Calvin Wise (Andrea) and Tara Gay Coulter (Buddy); his grandchildren, April Wise, Rashell Smith, Derrick Wise, Shane Wise, Tanner Wise, Lucas Decker, Jacob Coulter, Chase Coulter and Perry Wise; and his great grandchildren, Payton Rodgers, Cammy Rodgers, Braydon Smith, Bryleigh Smith, Piper Wise, Evie Wise, Paislee Decker and Kashton Wise.
Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 50% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
