He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elmer and Katherine Decker (Fowler). He is survived by: his children, Katherine Loar (Andy), Jennifer Teets (Geoff), Jamie Burch (Lance), Jim Decker (Linda), Jay Decker Jr., Dennis Decker and Joseph Decker; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lockwood, Hannah Decker, Hayley Lockwood, Ryan Loar, Emilee Lockwood, Ethan Lockwood, Alexa Loar, Jordan Burch, Jenna Teets and Allison Burch. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
