He was predeceased by: his parents, Finley Judd and Pearl Mae Stacy Judd; and his siblings, Elizabeth Ann Lamb, Diana Judd, Catherine Ross, Bill, Gary and Bobby Judd.
He is survived by: his wife Lillie Mae Shelton Judd; his daughters, Patricia Rutledge (Brandon) of Georgetown, Ashley Gilvin (Todd) of Winchester and Stacey Judd of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Chloe Rutledge, Jordyn, Jaxon and Josie Gilvin; and his siblings, Helen Hoots of Indianapolis, Patricia Wade of Lexington, Kentucky and Brack Judd of Sarasota, Florida. He is also survived by special friends, the Hogans; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
