He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Mitchell and Bonnie Cole Mitchell. He is survived by: his spouse Stacey Gibson Mitchell; his children, Faith Mitchell, Devin Mitchell and Chris Mitchell; his stepchildren, Chelsea Mitchell and Travis Gibson; his brothers, Bobby Mitchell (Kathy) and William Mitchell (Tina); and his aunt Lenora Jones. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
