She was predeceased by: her mother Dorcas Faye Ecklar Warner. She is survived by: her husband Phil Brumley; her father Shirley Warner; her sister Christy Nickerson of London, Kentucky; her niece Jessica Hurt; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Elijah Gordley, Abagail Gordley, Samantha Warner, Amanda Warner and Mike Warner; and her siblings-in-law, Abe and Brenda Brumley.
Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 50% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice, face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
