He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Burton and Anna Wilburn Burton Walton. He is survived by: his close friend Sallie Johnson of Georgetown, Kentucky; his sons, Jason Allen Burton of Georgetown and Bryan Clayton Wells; his grandchildren, Skyler Wells, Madison Wells and Alisyn Burton; and his siblings, Terry Burton of Georgetown, David Burton of Georgetown and Missy Sizemore of Florida.
Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 60% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
