He was predeceased by: his parent John Campbell; and his siblings, Jane Bruggerman and Jack Campbell. He is survived by: his spouse Frances M. Campbell (Martin); his parent Elizabeth Campbell (Johnson); his sons, Jeffrey Thomas and John Paul Campbell; and his sister JoAnn Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
