He is survived by: his spouse Joie; his son John Guthrie Greene (Shelly Stahl Greene); his brothers, Jerry and David Greene of Richmond; and his cousins, Jo Brown Leone of Lexington and Andrea Woltersdorf of Battleground, WA.
