He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Watts and Nellie Watts; and his siblings, Ronald Watts, Iva Watts, Raymond Watts, Georgia Mae Weldon, Juanita Byrd, Thelma Stephens, Mary Baker, Viola Baker, Sue Margaret Watts and Ruby Chambers.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Trainor Watts; his son Ken D.; his daughter-in-law Holly Watts of Parrish, Florida; his granddaughters, Candice Duncan, Lacy Duncan (Troy Smith) and Presley Watts; his great grandchildren, Alisyn Burton, MaKenna Jane Duncan, Savanah and Briana Smith; his sister Beverly Griffin (Ronnie); and his sisters-in-law, Dolores Wood (Roy), Ada Watts, Phyllis Sallee (Ronnie), Marietta Watts, Doris Watts, Ruth Trainor and Kathy Trainor. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
