He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pollard and Verna Gabbard; his daughter Angela Gail Pollard Lewis; and his sister Linda Brandenburg. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Alcorn Pollard; his son Melvin Pollard; his grandchildren, Sierra Marchel Pollard, Mercedes Egner, KJ Pollard, John John Pollard and Tre Egner; his siblings, Janice Lowrey and James Pollard; and his niece Tammy Hager.
