He was predeceased by: his daughter Roxanne June Wise; his sisters, Viola Smith and Betty Baltz; his grandchild Timothy Roberts; and his great grandchild Braxton Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Randy James Wise and Robin Rae Barker (Douglas) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Kimberly Wise (Ramon), Joshua Barker, Amber Jackson (David), Karen Miller, Shane Hale, Amanda Johnson (Bobby Sturgill), Melissa Roberts and Joe Roberts; and his siblings, Ray Wise of Florida, Gary Wise of Maryland, JoAnn Carr of Fostoria, Barbara Roelle of Fostoria and Patty Blumberg of West Liberty. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
