She was predeceased by: her parents, Gideon Williamson and Eva E. Blevins Williamson; her son Dennis O. Blackburn; her daughter-in-law Patricia Blackburn; and her siblings, Velma Williamson and Bill Williamson.
She is survived by: her husband Buford Blackburn; her children, Devonna Lynn Hisel (Douglas) of McKee, Buford Dale Blackburn (Kathy) of Corvallis and David Dwain Blackburn (Pam) of Nicholasville, Kentucky; her grandsons, Scotty Tackett, Matthew Hisel, Adam Hisel, Johnathan Blackburn and Samuel Blackburn; her sisters, Mary Justice (Jess) of Kinnear and Lynette Provenzano (Chuck) of Boxford; and her sister-in-law Lou Williamson of Williamson. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
