He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Louise; his parents, Robert Leslie and Ollie Mae Bean Baumgardner; and his siblings, Herman Baumgardner, Leonard Baumgardner, David Baumgardner, Willie Matt Baumgardner and Flossie.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lockhart (Stan) of Lancaster, KY, Gregory Thomas Baumgardner (Julie) of Tampa, FL, Gary Allen Baumgardner (Cindy) of Georgetown, KY and Joseph Eric Baumgardner (Bobbie) of Georgetown, KY; his sisters, Opal Roots of Campbellsville, KY and Mildred Rodgers of Campbellsville, KY; and his grandchildren, Garrett Baumgardner, Megan Baumgardner, Logan Baumgardner and Josh Baumgardner.
