Baumgardner of Georgetown, KY; her children, Lisa Louise Lockhart of Lancaster, KY, Gregory Thomas Baumgardner of Tampa, FL, Gary Allen Baumgardner of Georgetown, KY and Joseph Eric Baumgardner of Georgetown, KY; and her siblings, Pat Wheatley of Lebanon, KY, Louis Wheatley of Springfield, KY, Larry Wheatley of Springfield, KY, Debbie Williamson of Louisville, KY and Pam Surritt of Frankfort. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
