She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lewis and Ora Elizabeth Clark (Lynam); and her siblings, Herman H. Clark, J. L. Clark, Austin R. Clark, Emma Lee Hisle and Marguerite Crask.

She is survived by: her daughter Jeannie Monroe (Patrick); her sister Marie Clark Towles; and her nieces and nephews, David H. Clark (Sharon), Donald Clark (BeBe), Freddie Towles (Ella), Vata Gillispie and Cathy Gail Hall.

Donations may be made in Maurice's name to Minorsville Christian Church, 5130 Owenton Road, Stamping Ground, Kentucky 40379; Lyndon Christian Church, 8125.
