He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirby Routt and Lyda Routt; his wife Betty Routt of Georgetown; his daughter Brenda Routt Fister of Lexington, KY; and his siblings, Miranda Hawkins, Artie Rookard, Deloris Manley, Mary Belle McVey, William Routt and Jeffery Routt.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Routt (Emma Jean) of Georgetown, KY and Rodney Routt (Jan); his granddaughter Jamisen Manley (Cameron); and his great grandchildren, Keisha of Lexington, KY. and Brian of Lexington, KY..
