He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Edward Wilburn, Sr. and Elizabeth Belle Wilson Wilburn; and his siblings, James Wilburn, Bonnie Wilburn Florence, Irene Jenkins, Thelma Jean, Ronald Gene Wilburn, Harry Lee Wilburn and Wanda Sue Grose.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Pollitt Wilburn; his children, Yvonne Tuttle (Albert) of Owenton, Lisa Williams (Scott) of Scottsville, Beth Duncan (Jerry) of Georgetown and David Wilburn (Desley) of Sadieville; and his siblings, R. C. Wilburn of Georgetown and Beulah Baker of Stamping Ground. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
