He was predeceased by: his wife Gini Toomey; his parents, George Toomey and Thelma Toomey; his siblings, Betty Hogan and Robert "Bob" Toomey; and his nephew Jamie Toomey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tabitha Clark (Nick) of Moorefield, Tiffany Rose (Jason) of Georgetown and Trinity Montavon (Jeff) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Hayden Clark, Kimber Rose, Lauren Hampton, Hannah Clark, Bradley Rose and Bailey Rose; his siblings, Richard Toomey (Becky) of Harrison County, Janette Grimes (Bill) of Tennessee and Jean Mefford (Glenn) of Midway, Kentucky.; and his cousin Johnny Bayer.
