He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Russell and Trudy Parrott Russell. He is survived by: his spouse Meloney Rice Russell; his daughter Katie Riley (Matt) of Springfield, KY; his granddaughter Lillian Riley; his sister Pam Thompson (David); and his sister-in-law Jan Gann (Kenny). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Georgetown First United Methodist Church or Springfield Presbyterian Church.
