He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Puckett and Edward Puckett. He is survived by: his children, Wesley Puckett of Scott County, Amber Smith (Travis) of Harrodsburg, Crystal Schelling (Boris) of Scott County, April Pelfrey of Jackson, Kentucky and Rebecca Tharp of Jackson, Kentucky; and his sisters, Nancy McIntosh of Lexington and Jerri Waugh of San Antonio, Texas.. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
