He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Annie Lou Ham Neumeyer. He is survived by: his daughter Winnie; his wife Susan Duncan Neumeyer of Georgetown, KY; his brother Richard Neumeyer (Shelia) of Huntsville, AL; his aunt Betty; his uncle Louis George of Hilton Head, SC; his friend Arab; and his pet Winnie. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
