He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cohen and Sarah Ray Cohen; and his sister Claire Cohen. He is survived by: his daughters, Denise Pastina (Chris) and Kay Limbach (Pat); and his grandchildren, Alexandra Pastina, Luke Pastina (Emily), Taylor Limbach and Riley Limbach.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, Georgetown College or the Alzheimer's Association.
