He is survived by: his parents, Virginia Elaine Parker Broyles of Lexington and George Virgil Shepherd; his children, Kaley Rochelle Shepherd of Knoxville, Jesse James Shepherd of Maryville and Ashley Nicole Hammond of Glencoe, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Blayden Hammond, Bentley Hammond, Brody Hammond and Nevaeh Hammond; his fiancée Samantha McFarland; his fiancée's children, Alyssa Coots and Lucas McFarland; and his siblings, George Shepherd of Georgetown, Danny Shepherd of Georgetown, Teri Shepherd of Georgetown and Cheri Buononato of Las Vegas.
