He was predeceased by: his parents, George Russell West and Ora Dean Humphrey West. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Connie Kiskaden (Ron) of Cynthiana, Cynthia Robinson (Lee) of Cynthiana and Earl Newman (Melissa) of Cynthiana; and his nieces, Bonnie Pullen of Frankfort, Kentucky. and Janice Stevens of Frankfort, Kentucky.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 50% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
