Perkins; his son Phillip Duane Perkins (Constance) of Stamping Ground; his grandchildren, April Michelle Clayton (Wylie) of Georgetown, Kentucky, Sarah Kimberly Perkins of Georgetown, Kentucky, Kayla Renee Ferguson, Logan Ray Clayton, Lynnlee Carol Perkins and John Stephen Perkins; and his siblings, Bradford Allen Perkins (Mary) of Frankfort, Kentucky, Paige Perkins Anderson (Doug) of Stamping Ground and Kelli Renee Perkins of Lawrenceburg, Kentucky..
