He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Walter, Sr and Darlene Osborn Fisk. He is survived by: his son Stephen Fisk (Loren) of Georgetown; his friend Jo Marshall; his sister Peggy Hofler (Rick) of Independence, KY; and his granddaughter Scarlett Fisk.
