He was predeceased by: his parent James Delbert. He is survived by: his parent Bertha Clyde Boling Williams; his children, Wendy Williams Rogers (Patrick), Nichole Stewart and Kirk Williams; his fiancé Phyllis Drees of Lexington; his sister Sandy Williams of Owensboro; and his grandchildren, Cody, Jordan, Courtney Key, Austin Rogers, Savannah Rogers and Phoenix Ryan.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or Caring House, 2625 Pickett Rd, Durham, NC 27705.
