He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoyit Holt and Nina Wilson (Wilson); his children, Charles Gooch and Sheila Holt; his brothers, Spencer Holt and Arvel Holt; and his stepmother Mavene Holt.
He is survived by: his children, Jesse Holt of Alabama, Clay Holt, James Holt and Kellie Holt of Michigan; and his brothers, Jack Holt (Kay) of Michigan and Howard Holt (Rosalee) of Michigan.
