Walter David Sowder Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Walter David Sowder (Georgetown, Kentucky), who passed away on October 17, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bryan and Edna Murrell Sowder; and his brothers, Ernest Sowder, Owen J. Sowder (Pauline), Barney Sowder and Roy Sowder.
He is survived by: his wife Kathern Ballinger Sowder; his children, Donna Sowder and Wayne Sowder (Rhonda); his brother Benny Sowder; his sisters-in-law, Sue Sowder, Broadhead and Marie Sowder; his grandchildren, Holly Hance, Amanda Yates (Terry), Wes Sowder (Angela) and Allisa Thompson (Jason); and his great grandchildren, Briar, Eli, Emmett, Owen and Hadley.
Funeral Services will be held and those family members attending should plan to wear their jeans like Walter would have wanted (face coverings are required and social distancing guidelines must to followed).
