Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Walter Lightner (Georgetown, Kentucky), born in Manchester, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 90, on January 30, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Richard and Beulah Bell Shipley Lightner; and his daughters, Deborah L. Stephenson and Diana L. Carter. He is survived by: his half-sister Betsy Coffey. He is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great grandchildren; as well numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lexington Humane Society.
