He was predeceased by: his parents, James Walter and Gertrude Baber Turley; his daughter Anita Cheryl Lockard; his siblings, Harvey Turley, Malcolm Turley, Coleman Turley and Barbara Estes; and his brother-in-law H. L. "Skip" Stillwagon.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis L. Means Turley; his children, Jeff Turley (Gayle) of Georgetown and Stacey Mulligan of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Katherine Megan Faas (Chris) of Lexington, Andrew Lockard of Pike County, Larissa Lockard of Georgetown and Travis Dunn (Joselyn) of Wilmore; and his sister Jean Stillwagon of Lexington.
Due to Governor Beshear's mandate, 60% occupancy of the funeral home will be in practice and face coverings and proper social distancing are required for all who attend.
