He is survived by: his wife Sally Jenkins Holland; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Cari Holland of Cincinnati; his granddaughter Emily Smith; his siblings, Bobby Holland (Connie) of Vacaville, California, Mary Ann Daugherty of Myrtle Beach and Melissa Holland of Lexington, Kentucky; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Holland of Omaha and Sheary Holland of Lexington, Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
