He is survived by: his wife Linda Elias Taylor; his sons, Ryan Taylor (LeeAnna) of Lexington, Kentucky and Nick Taylor (Amanda Trail) of Lexington, Kentucky; his grandson Jackson Scott Taylor; his sisters, Frances Wilson (Roy) of Georgetown, Kentucky and Jennifer Hodge of Georgetown, Kentucky; his siblings-in-law, Bruce and Lynn Elias of Lexington, Kentucky.; and his nieces and nephews, Brandi Wilson, Michael Wilson (Kate), Taylor Hodge, Brad Elias (Nicole) and Ben Elias (Annie).
