He is survived by: his wife Loretta Bertram Bowles of Glasgow; his son Ernie Bowles (Jean) of Smith Grove; his grandchildren, Andy of Smith Grove, Julie of Smith Grove and Liz Bowles of Smith Grove; his sisters, Phyllis Stephenson of Glasgow and Ella Kinslow of Glasgow; and his brother-in-law H. C. Adams of Columbus, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
