She was predeceased by: her parent Sanford Emmitt Akins; her husband Otis Ray White; her grandson Jeffrey Ray White; and her siblings, Mae Matthews and Albert Akins.
She is survived by: her parent Gertrude English Akins; her son Terry Ray White (Freda) of Glasgow; her grandchildren, Phillip White (Reanne) of Mt and Tiffany Ann White of Lexington; her great grandchild Mila White of Mt; and her sisters, Leon Grass of Louisville and Betty Garrick of Shepherdsville.
