She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Emil Mentz and Nancy Mentz (McIntosh); her husband Larry Zamtuk; her siblings, Roger Mentz, Marlene Cipolla, Jeanie Vaughn and Patricia Nape; her children, Philip Scott Zamtuk, Thomas Paul Zamtuk and Jennifer Lee Ward of Garden Valley, Idaho; her grandchildren, Matthew Lawrence Ward, Heather Lee Ward, Jacob Alan Ward (Nikki) of Boise and Carnesa Lakay Matthews of Glasgow; and her great grandchildren, Brynlee, Luke of Boise and Nevaeh of Glasgow.
