It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Hines (Glasgow, Kentucky), who passed away on May 20, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Lloyd Hines; and his wife Elsie Brown Hines. He is survived by: his parent Amanda Nell Froedge Hines; his children, Gene (Janice Hines) of Glasgow and Melinda (Matthew Riggs) of Clarkson; his sister Janie (Cleve Francis) of Louisville; his great grandchildren, Mason Riggs, Madison Riggs and Molly Riggs; his brother-in-law Garon Norris of Edmonton; his sibling's child Mandy Wood (Jeff); and also Alan Francis.
