He was predeceased by: his parents, Walker Cutliff and Annie Heatherly Cutliff; and his siblings, Reid, Mearman Cutliff, Dixie Hogan and Edra Esters.
He is survived by: his wife Alberta Martin Cutliff; his children, Dr. Sue Cutliff Cowles (Lance) and Carl Douglas Cutliff; his granddaughter Aleisha Cowles (Bryan); and his brother Arthur Cutliff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
