He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Sandy Harvey of Glasgow, Tammy White (Tommy) of Columbia, William David Blakley (Olivia Wright) and Crystal Hinton (Jimmy) of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Katy, Adam, Cody, Logan and Carly; and his siblings, Arnold Blakley of Glasgow, Cecil Blakley of Illinois, James Blakley, Raymond Blakley of Edmonton, Charles Perry Blakley of Austin, Fairy Devore and Bertha Blankenship of Glasgow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
