He is survived by: his mother Patty Barlow (Freddy) of Glasgow, KY; his sister Denise Fugate of Glasgow, KY; his sibling's children, Holley Geary and Cody Smith; his grandmother Reba Hurt of Glasgow, KY; and his aunts and uncles, Jo Ann Walters, Vonnie Sexton, Freddie, Jerry Shaw and Mark Hurt of Smith Grove, KY. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
