Foley (Kevin) of Glasgow, Marie Freeman (Duck) of Tompkinsville, Brenda Ballard Puerto of Cave City, Jenny Neal (Tommy) of Glasgow, Mary Ann Smith (Joe) of Glasgow, Scottie Leo Jessie of Russell Springs, David Ballard of Cave City, Daniel Ballard of Horse Cave and Harold Ballard II of Louisville; and her sisters, Lucille Page of Horse Cave and Brenda Gott of Smiths Grove. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.
