He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Johnson and Florence Edmunds Johnson; and his siblings, Pauline Johnson, Charles Johnson and William.
He is survived by: his brothers, Dairy and Elder; his wife Eva Thomas Johnson; his daughters, Linda C. Johnson of Nashville, TN and Annette Johnson Howard (Tommy) of Hopkinsville, KY; his grandchildren, Erin McHenry (Ray), Clay Howard and Max Howard; and his siblings' children, Faye Johnson, Danny Johnson and Rickey Johnson (Teresa).
