It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Maxine Hawkins (Glasgow, Kentucky), who passed away on April 5, 2019, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Eugene Martin, Leo Martin, Gilbert Martin, Robert J. Martin, Mary Landrum, Beatrice Glass, Velma R. Bush and Lorene Harlow.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Hawkins (Charlotte) and Kelven Hawkins (Kim); her grandchildren, Kellie Medley (Adam), Klint Hawkins (Natalie), Lisa Hawkins and Krista Hawkins; her great grandchildren, Sean Aiden Broady, McKenzie Broady, Grayson Medley, Jace Hawkins and Khloe Hawkins; and her sister Betty Sue Esters. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
