It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jackie Lee Johnson (Glasgow, Kentucky), who passed away on September 1, 2019, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Johnson and Thelma Hurd Johnson; his wife Carol Johnson; and his sister Lillie Crase. He is survived by: his children, Raymond "Savannah" Johnson, Derek Johnson, Jesse Johnson, Dixie "Ben" Powers and Erin Stiltz; his sisters, Janet "Andy" Cornwall, Annette "Jim" Muncy and Pamela Seles; and his pet Dirt. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and one grand daughter-in-law six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations may be made to the funeral home to help with final expenses.
