He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Smith and Allie Mae Smith; and his wife Velma Juanita Joyce Neal. He is survived by: his children, Tina Mosby, Teresa Edwards (Shon), Tamara Burton and Bradley Faulkner; his grandchildren, Brandy Mosby, Robert Burton, Robin Burton, Aspen London, Sydney Gardner and Carson Edwards; his great grandchildren, Zea Faulkner, Zayden Faulkner, Zane Faulkner, Lydia London, Sawyer London and Clay Gardner; and his brother Michael David Smith.
