She is survived by: her parent Dave Etta Sears Crenshaw (Dewey) of Horse Cave, KY.; her children, Charity Ford of Glasgow, KY and Corey M. Ford; her siblings, Shirley Maxey, Jo Ann Maxey and Ronald Maxey; and her grandchildren, Jaidyn Franklin of Jaithan Franklin and Tyree Franklin.
