He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Combs and Donna Mueller Combs; and his grandparents, Richard Lee Mueller and Bettie Louis Grant. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Ballard Combs of Glasgow; his children, Angela Dalton of Glasgow, Kelly Heil (Richie), Teacia Combs of Indiana, John Thomas Combs of Glasgow and Will Dalton; and his foster son Brayton Johnson of Glasgow. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several aunts and uncles.
