"Jack" Franklin (Lana) of Campbellsville and Paul Douglas Franklin of Campbellsville; her uncle Ray Franklin (Joanie) of Louisville; her siblings' child Michell Hedgespeth (Steven) of Louisville; and also Val Hardin of Campbellsville. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
