He was predeceased by: his parent Woodrow Yates Wallace; his former wife Donna June Gunnels Wallace; and his siblings, Randall Wallace, Betty Lou Wallace, Barbara Franklin and Golda Livesay.
He is survived by: his parent Grace Pearl Edwards Wallace; his wife Betty Horton Wallace; his children, Jeanne Garrett (Phillip) of Glasgow, Rick Wallace of Glasgow and Mark Wallace (Connie) of Glasgow; his stepchildren, Carolyn Wilson (Mike) of Dallas, TX and Tommy Denham (Shannon) of Glasgow; his grandchildren, Chris Wallace, Amber Baker and Amanda Wallace; his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Williams of New York, Todd Triplett of New Albany, IN and Will Denham of Glasgow; and his siblings, Ed Wallace of Edmonton, Phoenix Wallace (Juanita) of Hoopeston, IL, Rex Wallace (Doris) of Horse Cave and Rose Compton of Louisville. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be given either to the First Church of the Nazarene or to the Keith Wallace Bowling Scholarship Fund.
