She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Janes and Ruth Branham Janes; her husband James Harold Burks; her sons, Jeffery Allen Burks and Michael Neal Burks; her granddaughter Kaitlin Burks; her siblings, Polly, Pernie, Eva, Louise and Shorty; and her friend Edwin Britt.
She is survived by: her son Barry Burks (Lacie) of Glasgow; her sister Betty Nunn of Glasgow; and her grandchildren, Brittanie Cleveland (Jeff) of Smith Grove, Brian Burks of Cave City, Laura White (Garrett) of Glasgow, Robyn Ervin (Kevin) of Edmonton and Seth Hubbard (Kaci) of Glasgow. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren and a host of friends.
